- Reservation will be held until 7:00 pm on arrival date
- Security deposit less any damages, replacement costs and cleaning cost will be refunded to guests within 45 days after check-out and a thorough inspection of the unit.
- We generally provide one parking space limit per unit. Additional parking is available if purchased in advance
